Standard Plan – Good for Start-ups

The standard plan is a good fit for start-ups and freelancers that are ready to test the waters.

  • Support Hours: 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday (Pacific Time)

  • Phone Support: 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday (Pacific Time)

  • Remote Support: 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday (Pacific Time)

  • After hours support available at a rate of $125 per hour

Premium Plan – Preferred by Most Clients

This is our most common plan as it allows clients unlimited access to our services 24/7 for a flat rate every month that assists with managing IT expenditures.

  • 24/7 Support (Direct Phone Number to the Tech Managing your Account)

  • Unlimited Onsite and Remote Support

  • Onsite Emergency Support 2/7 (within a 50-mile radius of the Portland Metro Area)

  • Travel to Office Sites Outside our Coverage Area (Travel costs are not included)

$2,000 per month

Hourly Option

While we believe charging an hourly rate is a conflict of interest, some clients prefer this method as it serves as an on needed basis. In some cases clients begin the Standard Plan and after a while shift to hourly since their systems are running so smoothly.
